the area below my bellybutton hruts internally. a little bit. somtimes teh the feeling disappear. and it appears again. What could be the problem?

Sounds like gas or maybe constipation. If you're a woman it could be uterine/ovary related too.

Probably constipation, but if the pain is severe, you should go to Dr or ER. Appendicitis pain tends to "float" around the belly button area (remember: pain inside works different than inside - not location specific inside). Appendicitis also comes and goes. Third option depends on when pain arrives. If directly after eating, could be gall stones or inactive gall bladder. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist longer than a day.
