I got really drunk for the first time ever and kissed a University friend of mine which I barely remember. What I want to know is, does that mean I liked her to begin with, or was it a spur of the moment thing. Apparently I started declaring my love for her as well. I don't think I ever thought of her like that. Do you think I'm secretly in love with her or what? I'm not really an expert on drunken kisses, or getting drunk in the first place.

You were drunk, it happens. If you've never thought of her as more than a friend before it was probably just the alcohol talking.

Well, you know what they say. A drunken mind speaks a sober heart. Maybe you haven't realized that your into your friend. Then again, maybe you were just soo amazingly drunk that you just didn't know what to do and it seemed like the cool thing to do at the time....You never really know how you are going to react until you get drunk a couple of times....

Well, I did the same thing. I drunk kissed a girl and eventually she became my girlfriend. She was an excellent girlfriend and we had a great relationship.
Yes, I think you have feelings for her and vice versa. Booze has a way of loosening our restraints and inhibitions. Drunk people usually say what they've always wanted to and do the things they've always wanted to.
However, booze does impair our judgment. Go in with both eyes open. Once you're together, then close one eye... :)

I think that if you declared your love for her, you have some type of romantic feelings for her. If I were you, I'd try to explore those feelings. Who knows, this could be the start of something good.
