whats nosblast?

does any body know what nosblast really do for your body and whats better nosblast or musclemilk

NOS-Blast is primarily carbohydrates, with some caffeine to make you feel like working out harder. Then it has some amino acids.

Musclemilk is mostly a protein product. It was originally created as dog food.

There are much better protein products out there. Try EAS or AST-SS or one of the other name brand proteins.

Instead of NOS-Blast you could probably do about the same taking NOW AAKG and a No-Doze tablet and it would be much less expensive.
