i am an alternative medicinal therapist and have many patients with this problem. I use massage therapy and acupressure and it helps. So find a reputable therapist in your area. i charge £20 per session.

i dont thinkso m8..my m8 was getting pains just accross his shoulder blade an the doc said it was a trapped nerve and there was no cure...better askin yr doc!!!good luck m8..
