I have a question concerning a guy that i'm casual dating. I'v known him for about 3 years and he attends the same church i go to and is in covenant with our pastor. He owns his business has a degree in business and owns his home. My question is he is 38 i'm 22 and we have went 2 dates 1 to the movie and the other i invited him to my home for dinner he knows my two children and is a wonderful man i have never met anyone like him, but he tells m ehe is reitred and he suppously is not dating i dont know how to react to him the night after the movies we went to his place to watch the game and he put his arm around me and we kinda kuddled how do i know if he is serious or not besides just asking him? What to do.

Take it slow, pray about it, and don't scare him off by asking silly question that us women trip over. Let things be the way they are for now....it's only been two dates!!
As this goes w/o saying....well maybe not.....DON'T have sex with him too soon.

Are you really ready to date a person old enough to be your father? Should you really be worried about this stuff after 2 dates? Let it go for a little bit, have fun, see where it takes you, you can't force love. He may a little apprehensive to get to know your kids if he isn't planning on hanging around, see how he acts around your kids, that will tell you everything you need to know about a man.

I think this man is some sort of jerk, how can he belong to a church and think that it is OK to date a woman casually for 3 years? Then he cuddles you in an intimate way as well and thinks that its OK as well? I think something is rotten here and I would keep your kids the hell away from this weirdo and notify the pastor of your church to make him aware of these inconsistancies.

The best way to find out if he is serious is by asking him. If you don't your only making yourself more confused. Stop the nonsense and just ask.
