For me, it's meditation, because that is my time to be alone with the god and goddess and to commune with them one on one. I remember one particular meditation I performed several years ago...
I had been having a very bad weekend and was feeling extremely low in spirits. I found a secluded spot surrounded by wilderness, out of sight and earshot of any kind of civilization. Sitting on a sturdy branch over a babbling brook, I closed my eyes and let myself drift into a meditative state. After a few moments, I became acutely aware of everything around me.
I could see and hear everything at once! It was fantastic, like the blinders had been removed and suddenly I was one with the gods! It lasted only a split second, but in that second, the goddess allowed me to touch her mind and I knew that all was right with the world.
It faded as quickly as it had come, and I went on to complete my meditation as normal. I have never managed to reach that place again. I think that the gods knew what I was feeling that day and decided to let me know that everything was alright and remind me that they were there.
One day, after I have completed my cycle of reincarnations, I will go to that place again, this time to stay. Though I look forward to that day, I'm in no hurry to get there. I have the memory of that moment to sustain me.

Hmmm for me as a Druid.... it's a good toss up between Rituals and Meditation... But I do enjoy the dancing and singing too. I don't see how anyone could enjoy fasting. And Yoga.... I didn't think the human body was meant to bend that way...

u know, i am not a very religious person. i am however very spiritual. i read above the post about the receiving the Eucharist, which i always felt was a very powerful thing. (i was raised Catholic) i miss it really, but feel as though i would be being a hypocrite, if i were to receive the Eucharist without actively practicing Catholicism. but other than that, being in nature, enjoying my children, smelling flowers and freshly cut grass, and doing unto others is how i practice my spirituality.

I love dancing, singing and meditation. I'm very artistically inclined, and dance and song are art forms, so I'm naturally drawn to them. I also really need to unwind sometimes, so meditation is a wonderful way to simply let go of pent-up energy. Fortunately ritual work uses all of them.

Prayer, I humbly seek instruction, offer confession and express my gratitude and adoration as needed throughout each day. It is the best practice I have found to maintain my relationship with God. I also keep a journal. In it I write letters to God. The thoughts I write almost always lead me to study. This is a great question; I'm looking forward to reading all the answers you receive.
Peace :)

Getting up at 4 A.M. and reporting to church for bible study and praise and worship. My second most favorite spiritual practice is preaching in the prisons---convicted felons are the most grateful congregation a preacher could have.

Praying.. it is direct communication with the Lord. Fasting, it puts your flesh into subjection of your spirit, Dancing, praising, and singing, ushers in the Presence of God. I love to be in the Presence of the Almighty.

Meditating at my voodoo altar and asking Marie Leveaux for protection and guidance.
It souths my soul and reminds me the our ancestors are out there, working for us even in death. It helps me feel that I can control my destiny to some small extent. It encourages me to learn more about voodoo/hoodoo, herbs and oils.

Praying/meditating alone because it lets me connect with God, and helping others because it makes me feel really good.
Also, praying with my daughter every night before bed. She is only 5, but has great spiritual insight and I love to see her developing a wonderful relationship with God.
