If you meant intelligent beings from another planet:
No way! The government would take him off to Area 51 and dissect him or something. As long as beings from other planets don't do anything wrong, why would I? Arguably the alien could be doing something bad like plotting to take over the planet, but I don't think I would tell unless he was actually going to cause harm.
If you meant illegal Mexican immigrants:
No way! The government would take him off to a holding area and ship him back to Mexico or something. As long as beings from other nations don't do anything wrong, why would I? Arguably the alien could be doing something bad like plotting to take an American's job, but I don't think it matters because why does an American have more right to a job than a Mexican?

That's a tough one. I'm assuming you mean an illegal immigrant, and not a person from another galaxy.
So, if I knew my neighbor was here illegally, I would let it go, honestly. I mean, yes, I feel like we should take better precautions to keep illegal people out, but this person probably tried getting over here legally and couldn't afford it or something. You don't know what kind of life he/she has to go back to in their own country.

If they are illegal, yes I would.
It is generally felt by agents that a person coming to the US for legal purposes does so in a legal fashion, and learns and abides by the laws of this country. If they do not, they sacrifice their rights -- as I do if I break the law as well.
INS does actually help protect the rights of aliens and help them through the process of becoming legal citizens. In our area, they have been involved in raids to help liberate illegal farm workers who were being paid well below minimum wage and living in poverty and filth. INS arrested the farm owners, deported those who wished to go home and appointed lawyers for those who wished to stay.

If I Knew my neighbor was an alien, reporting him would be low on my priority list.
Peace :)

My neighbor is an alien, and he does not have any papers. He keeps his space ship in the garage and keeps very odd hours.

You better believe it. Too many people work too hard to become a legal citizen the right way to have others taking advantage illegally. It's a blow to the respect of those who worked hard to get through the citizenship process. Yes, I would report them, asap. They need to do it right, or not at all.

No. I will try to make a deal with him to get aboard one of the motherships of the Leather Goddesses of Phobos when Cthulhu rises, though.

An illegal alien or an outer space alien? Either way, no, that's weak and no body's business.

Yes, whatever galaxy that he comes from, he needs to get a visa and park his space ship at the airport.
