ages ago,my mates asked this guy out,he said he wasnt ready for a relationship.i always fancied him too but i was in a relationship at the time.
im not in a relationship anymore,not cause of this guy.
me and this guy ave kissed more than once and i have stayed at is place a few times.he tried to move things further sexually but i havent.we still meet casually.hes always flirting with me etc
he knows that ive come out of a 6 year serious relationship 8 months ago.
i think im giving him mised signal by "teasing" him.
im too scared to ask him out cause he said he wasnt ready for a relationship when my friend asked him out.
what should i do?

HI Sweet 8 months is along time so ask him out no strings attached get to know him gradually relationships take time to develope so give it all the time it needs this is the funny season anyway so who knows go on TRY IT keep us all updated best of luck

Do you know what you WANT to happen? If you have some resevations about rushing into somthing but want SOMETHING to happen you need to communicate this at a time thats not going to freak him out or give him the wron idea.

Maybe he was telling your friend that because he wasn't interested in your friend and thought your friend was asking for themselves. Never let anyone else deal with your situation, it never comes out right anyway. You know exactly how you feel, let him know.
