There are 73 sects of ISlam. Among these some are sunnis and very little shias.
i want 2 know which among these sects are really close to Muhammed`s pbuh teachings and tradition

Sunni's are the ones who follow Quran and then Sunnah.
There are 4 schools of thought on that help break it all down to make is easier on us to understand and follow it all(Maleki, Shafi'i, Hanbali, and the Hanafi).
