Sadly this is what i see on yahoo answers in this section. Instead of learning about ones faith and accepting that that is what they believe and growing together, we are fighting and telling others they are wrong about what they do and practice. With God it is a relationship that counts, not religion. You can have a relationship with God in any religion, you just need to know which best suits you. I think it's bad that we are so negative to another's beliefs. I am a Christian, Jesus accepts all walks of life and faith's but did not believe it. He knew the right path but still helped others who didn't.

I got thumbs down for telling someone go ahead and watch R rated movies because your a adult not a child and you can handle that! This forum just shocks me more and more every day.

i agree , christianity is awesome!!! It was awesome in the dark ages when it massacred millions. it was awesome in the inquisition, witch burnings, the centuries of subjugating women. etc, etc....praise jesus.

You dont hear well, or see well, devil has numbed your mind. We say Christianity is the only way because God says that. we arent arrogant or proud, and think we are better. God says we are all equal to Him. clear on this one. But, God says what happens to those who wont accept Him. He loves you and so do we. We hat the sin, not the sinner, and we tell you Jesus is the only way, because we want you to live and be in Heaven with us,not cause we think we are smarter or better. PPl may have a relationship with a so called God in many relgions, But the one true God is the God that sent Jesus to die for our sins. Christianity. Now those arent my words. They are Gods. and He tells us to tell this to the world and leave the convicting to Him, Thats just what we do, altho many go about it wrong, in their desire to help you, its easy to become judgemental, but thats not our place. we cant scare you in or insult you in, we can only tell you truth and try to love you in. You say we are negative to others beliefs. well, suppose so. cause God says any religion that doesnt have the doctrine of Jesus is an abomination to Him, and they will be lost. Jesus did help all ppl and He loved all ppl. so do true Christians. BUt, Jesus spoke truth and boldly so. Yes he helped ppl get on the right path, by speaking truth to them. But, today if I say homosexuality is a sin, I am a hate person. No, I love them. But, when Jesus walked the earth , did he call sin sin. YES He didnt not say it to not offend anyone. He spoke truth and left choices up to each person. SOme accepted Him and some didnt. Remember He wias crucified for His beliefs, and many non believers today still crucify us for our beliefs. I say are we part of the problem or part of the solution, to this sin thing?
We dont call you dumb and moronic for not seeing truth. we just know you dont know yet, as the devil has clouded truth up for you. But, its never too late. Jesus is quick to forgive. Just ask. You watch God heal a member of family, and then tell me there is no God. and you either believe in the Bible if you dont. But God says thre is no other way but thru Jesus and thats what we tell all who will listen, because He loves you and so do we. Stop hating us long enough to see truth, please.
Just read the Bible yourself study it and pray, and wait for God to show you His realness, cuz it will come ifyou keep studying.
Choose wisely before its too late. When we die, its too late, when Jesus comes its too late. Non believers cant enter heaven, as they would ruin it for the rest of us. they wouldnt respect God in heaven, and it would be hell. God loves us all too much to allow that, and the choice of heaven or hell if up to each one of us, we right our own pathway and have noone to blame but ourself if we are lost.
Are we smug/ No. We just have something the whole world would want if they knew truth, and we want so desperately to give this to you. not smug? Just caring, and frustrated when we cant get you to listen.. Its hard to watch someone you know will reject God and be lost. Dont hate us for caring. Thats what Christians are called to do.
