No the child protection team usally waits 24 hours notice that they took the kids just really to make the parents sick and worry about the kids!
You have to call the dept of children and familes and find out where they are, then in 2:00 am sometimes with the sheriff dept along, they are serving arrest papers and putting you under arrest, it they are at that point of taking the kids out of school.
It is the school responsibity to report to you that the children at school has been taken out by the dept. of children and families.

no they wouldn't call you, because you are all ready aware of the situation. there for they will contact you by mail or other means but not at the time your child is being taken. if you need to now any info call social services they ll give you the information you need and also help you be able to be with the child, weather it may be you need classes or witch ever the situation.

They WOULD call you. They can't just take your child and make you wonder where they are. That's illegal. Unless you already know they are taking them they have to let you know. It's silly to say they don't.
