TVG ( http://www.TVG.com/getstat.tvg?refpcode=R10333A116)has live feeds from dozens of tracks. It's not a free service, but if you open an account you can bet on the races with them legally from home. If you wager a certain amount of money a month with them--I think it's $200, might be $500 though--they comp the streaming. They do have a free website as well, which offers a small a mount of video at http://www.tvgfree.net

There are some tracks where you can click on their web site and then click live racing. Some require you to fill out a simple form, get a user name and password( this is free ) I've done this with Keeneland, Hollywood Park, Mountaineer, Bay Meadows, The Meadowlands and Monmouth Park.

Assuming you're in the U.S. I'd open a youbet.com, TVG or Xpressbet account. All of them have viewable live races if you pay for the upgrade.
