Sounds strange, but exercise does increase energy.
Right now you are lethargic, so start off with small, short workouts. Exercise alleviates mood, urges your body to produce endorphins, and you will feel more energetic.
As you feel better and better, increase the length of your workouts. Seriously, this helps.
Also, eat natural, unprocessed foods (stay away from sugary, simple carbohydrates), take vitamins and get moving.
Best wishes to you.

Sleep well, eat well.
But why do you want to be one of those peppy, happy people who annoy the cr*p out of those of us who are perfectly content to be blahhhh?

B-100 supplement tablets and take your vitamins. I know it sounds like Hulk Hogan, but it works.
