Sources differ as to the time and place of the pretzel's origin. Many sources say it originated in southern Germany (where it remains very popular and is known as Brezn or Brezel in northern Germany); others say it comes from the ancient Rome or even Celtic times.

pretzels are my favorite. I'll eat em one at a time. Put the bag away. Little while later. Here I am again in the pretzels. Keep them away from me. It's hard too stop eating them. Pop corn I like at the movies or watching a DVD. I'll eat 2 to 3 at a time. not much though. Chips... Lays are the best! I'll eat chip once every 3 mos or so. OMG there so good. Those I'll eat one at a time.
