My spouse is pregnant and having all kinds of problems were stationed in Germany currently and she wants to go home but not without me. we have 2 kids going on 3. Shes stressed out and needs me around alot or her family i'm thinking i asked my 1SGT to talk to her and he said he'de come over and never showed up for the second time in a row. She was admitted to the hospital for 7 days and not one part of my command stopped to see her or call when she was having pregnancy problems. Were highly deployable and i feel she cant be getting through everything with her bipolar unless family is around but she wont leave without me and i dont want her to be thinking hmm he's just leaving me and wanting a divorce or something i tried to explain but she dont understand so is it possible Compassionate reassignment possible?

If you have already tried talking to your 1SGT to no avail, try talking to your base commander, or even the chaplin. Actually, if you explain the situation to the chaplain, he can usually get you through some doors directly to you CO, that you wouldn't have been able to get through on your own. If it's necessary, also have her doctor talk to you CO, that way he (or she) understands what exactly is going on with your spouse, and what the risks are of you leaving and her not having your support. It's worth a try to give the chaplain a call and see if he can help. Good luck.

Go to the chaplain and explain the situation to him first.. he can open the doors to talk to the CO getting you and family reassigned to the states.
