thats 1 way, cut down (or cut out) on all sweets, and any high calorie foods, lay off fats, drink lots of water, eats lots of low carb & sugar veggies, lean meats (fish preferably), do as much cardio as you can, gets lots of sleep, and stay positive.
In a nutshell within less than a month you should see dramatic results!

If you are going to lose weight you need to restrict calories, you need to burn more calories than you are consuming. Consider that you need to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat.

Calorie restriction is effective but be sure to take a good multivitamin so you won't be depriving yourself of any essential vitamins or minerals.

NO!!! I doubled mine...and lost 100 pounds and have kept it off...exercise is the key and building muscle will keep the weight off forever.....you must eat to be healthy.
