The best way to get out of trouble because of bad grades is to study and improve your grades.
You will not die because you don't have a cell phone.
I'm sure your mom gave you rules about the cell phone and I'm willing to bet that one of them was you have to keep your grades up. Nothing in life is free, your cost is good grades...

I somehow doubt that the loss of your cell will cause either any type of injury or death. So relax about that to start with. Next if you want to get out of trouble for poor grades than I suppose you'll have to do more studying and less time on computer chatting with buddies. Once your grades have improved I'm pretty certain that you will no longer be in trouble with mom.

Get your grades up and then you'll live. You can't get out of trouble til you GET your grades up. They kind of go hand in hand.
You shouldn't even have a cell phone anyways.

If you want your phone back - bring your grades up to a level that is acceptable to your parents.

it's simple bring up your grades, get the phone back. use the time youu used to talk and text on your phone to study. believe me, you'll have it back in no time. probably as soon as your mom sees that you're serious about getting those grades up....

that happened to me when i was younger too.you should type up a false lettter sayin that it was a glinch in the computer system and leve a false number to one of ur friends fone n say that thats ur teachers number.call 2 get more info or u can just try harder
