Blow dry your hair upsie down on a cool setting close to the root. This seals the cuticle and boots and roots so your hair has volume. You can also use volumizing shampoos and conditioners that can be found at any drugstore or grocery. But that blowdrier thing really works.

Well, I use Mane 'n Tail and it makes my "baby thin" hair look very thick. Another way is to blow dry it upside down! Boy does that work! Mousse would also work. Or you could try a volumizing shampoo and conditioner.

Get a big round brush and section the hair off as you dry it using the round brush. Use 180 and 90 degree positions with the brush and your hair to create the lift. Another trick to try is getting two round brushes and letting one sit in position on your head (wrapped in hair..it won't fall out this way) while drying a different section and trading off and on. When all is said and done, you can try back combing. This always works for me...good luck!!

Have you tried drying your hair bend over from the waist, using a blow dryer. This will add volume I don't know if it will last if you are not using products.

i had the same problem!!! i hate using all that stuff that makes your hair look sticky when it's over with, so what i do is use DOVE volumizing shampoo and conditioner, then i blowdry it with my head upside down, this seems to make it look more thick and full, then when i brush it, after i brush it just like i regularly do, i flip my head upside down and take the end of my brush and brush back just right down the middle of my part from the front to back. this also makes it look more flowy and full.

Blow dry you hair upside down. It's that simple. Oh and if you only apply conditioner to your tips and not your roots it won't weigh your hair down.
