If someone violated probation, by not paying all of their fines, and missing days of community service, NA/AA; by paying off their fines before they are arrested would the warrant for arrest be removed?

no the warrant for their arrest will not be removed. if someone violated their probation and not paying all of their fines and missing a couple of days of community serciver the not only will still have the warrant out but when they are caught they will go back to prison and serve more time for a violation. pluse then they might be subjected to more radom searchs.

Nope. The warrant must be "returned" it can only be dismissed by a judge and he or she will want you there to say Hi.

By "returned" I mean it must be served, meaning you get arrested for it.

Unless they have a really good reason, they should be violated
and go back to jail.
