I am thinking...

White chocolate with peppermint bits? (fun)

White and dark swirl and almonds? (basic)

all dark with different nuts? (more adult)

I need some more "non-obvious ones"

i am going to make it for christmas gifts!!

My all time favorite is ritz crackers with peanut butter (sandwich style) dipped in chocolate bark. It doesn't matter where I take these and what else is on the tray - they are the first to go. I also like to dip pretzels in one and drizzle with the opposite chocolate (dark and white).

There is so much to do - just use your imagination!!

I get some Ritz crackers and make little peanut butter crackers out of them, then I dunk these one by one into melted chocolate or vanilla bark.

My favorite is to dip pretzels in white chocolate. Lay them on a sheet of foil or wax paper to dry. Before they are completely dry, sprinkle them with some toffee dust you make by crushing toffee pieces. mm!

almonds & mini marshmallows for Rocky Road

broken pretzels & mini marshmallows, sort of Smore's

broken pretzels & dried blueberries or cherries, sweet & salty, yum!

white choc. & broken oreos, yum!

You can add all of these ingredients to melted choc. as you are stating, break apart when hardened.
