I had an illegal immigrant boyfriend. This guy was so bad to me, he used to beat me severely for no reason at all. I was afraid to leave him since he threatened to kill me if I did. He was a drug dealer and eventually got caught. He did prison time here and was deported back to Mexico. He has come back and is living in the neighborhood again and I'm really worried. If I call immigration on him and tell them he was once deported, will they pick him up and deport him again?

Call the police, they are trained for that. Can you move in the mean time?
He has a criminal record that led to his deportation. He most likely entered the States illegally.
They'll pick him up.

i highly doubt it unless he commits another felony. If he is deported again on a more serious charge he will service time in a mexico prison unless he has money and can pay his way out of his legal problems there. But even if he is deported again the is nothing saying he won't come back again.. Be careful with what u do...

Probably not until he commits some kind of offense but I would go and try to get a restraining order at least, that should help keep him away from you, that way if he even comes near you he'd be violating it and you could then call the police and have him taken away again. Just a thought, good luck!!

You can at least get a restraining order against him from the local police. Call ICE and be persistent that he committed crimes, served jail time and that he´s been deported before.

They will pick him up and deport him again, but he might come back like he did last time. Maybe you should move so he can't find you.

Pick up the phone and call INS. He is a convicted felon and part of his probation is to stay in Mexico. You need to move immediately.

Report him to the immigration and make sure that they know this guy is a repeat offender.
