For any real man the most important quality of any woman is her heart . Does she treat people with kindness? Is she capable of being romantic with you yet be unselfish towards others. Does she give people pain and stress or does she help to try to take that stress and pain away from them. True love means giving yourself completely to someone and expecting nothing in return. If 2 people feel this way towards each other, this is what we call perfection. The mind cant give off warmth and compassion, neither can the body, neither can money. In the end it is the heart and soul( the essence of who you are deep within you) that can do this.

That's nice... but you've left out the stuff about being financially responsible, having similar goals, sharing religion, similar ideas on parenting, maturely working as partners, managing daily activities and chores, compromise, sacrifice, etc. etc. If you think you can sit there and give while expecting nothing in return, you'll soon wonder why everyone takes advantage of you.

No, Perfection with regard to people, doesn't exist...not for individuals or relationships...there is always room for improvement, thus something cannot be perfect...

Men are adult males...there is no "real" man...he may be mature or immature...a jerk or not a jerk, but he's still a man if he's an adult male...

Love...love is love...true love is just another way of saying love with an extra word that adds no meaning (just like when people end sentences with the word "at"...it adds no meaning).

The type of relationship you describe sounds lovely...but be careful of terms used to make it sound like more than it is...or something it is not...or just to fill space like we used to do when we had to write a paper for English class that was "X" number of words...I think that's probably where a lot of these terms were developed...kids adding fluff to their papers instead of substance...

Thanks for sharing...

There is no such thing as perfection. The bible says that everything will go through the fire (be tested). Only what is built on a solid foundation will survive. Every relationship will have its ups and downs no matter how much love and compassion you have for one another.

Prefection can only be close to what I have,
Perfection does not exist. its a fantasy.
Perfect man, perfect body, perfect personallity, perfect amount of money, perfect car, house, job, neighbor hood.
And of course, buys you a coffe on your first date.
no. there is no such thing as perfect. but there is such thing as people who try to make you happy.
expecting nothing in return when you give the person your heart is expected. but if they give nothing in return. it shows that sometimes relationships dont always work.

Since the fall of man there has never been a perfect relationship.
Stop looking for it, it doesn't exist.

We are too caught up in the 'romance' instead of the nuts-n-bolts of a relationship. A "perfect" relationship takes work, trust, faith in each other & in God, amidst the day- to -day -living of life.

Perfection exisited in Eden before the fall of man. Since then, we get close, but perfection is very elusive, just ask Eve.

My wife and I are very happily married, but, no relationship is perfect. A good relationship always needs work to keep that spark going. I hate it when people say "we never fight" Right....every couple does at one time or another.
