I hear you have to use n-mail:

1) buy a piece of white chalk
2) join the US Navy submarine corps
3) write your message on a W88 warhead.
3)a. you can add cute graphics if you like.
4) attach said message to a Trident II
5) target set 35*41'29.77" N 51*26'03.17 E
6) burst altitude about 4800 ft above sea level
7) press the button.

Message delivered, message received.

I guess that you can contact an Iranian embassy (try the one in Mexico or Canada) but why would you want to talk to a thug who participated in holding our diplomats hostage?

A un-reply from us would shut him up. He wants Americans to reply so he can boast how he talks to the people while Iran people struggle to live.
