Si sumas todas las estrellas del cielo, todos los granitos de arena en los oceanos, todas las rosas en el mundo y todas las sonrisas que haya habido en la historia del mundo, empezarás a tener una idea de cuánto te quiero. - If you sum every star in the sky, every grain of sand in the oceans, every rose in the planet and every smile that's ever been made in the History of the world, you'll begin to have some idea of how much love i feel for you. Un día dejé caer una lágrima en el oceano. El día que la encuentre será el día que deje de quererte. - One day I dropt one tear in the ocean, the day I find it will be the day that I'll stop loving you. I'm not that cheesy, so I just copied these ones from some site, I hope they're useful. In any case I'll help you translate if you need it!

Ponderer, that is wrong.

Now, for phrases: if it's for your sweetheart:

Te amo con toda mi alma ( I love you with all my soul)

Con todo mi amor ( with all my love)

If it's for family & friends,

Con cariño, (signature) (with love)

If she is just a friend you can say, "con cariño de... (your name)" which is "With love from...". Another way is "Con los mejores deseos de..." (best wishes from...); "te deseo lo mejor" (I wish you the best)
Now, if it is romantic you can say "con amor" (also with love, but very personal), "Con todo mi corazón" (with all my heart).
