For him: Those breathe-right strips help

For you: earplugs or pillows to put over your head; make sure you have a comfy extra bed!

Don't feel bad about waking him up and making him roll over!!!

Sometimes this snoring can be affecting his health. He is probably having trouble sleeping. Tell him to see a doctor he may have something simple like rhinitis that is easily fixed or he could be suffering from sleep apnea in which case he should go to a sleep clinic and have this checked. This made a huge change for lot's of people I know.
Unlike one of your answers.............you are not a *****!!, it is very hard to fall asleep beside a snoring person.

My ex snored and it turns out he had a severe deviated septum which also caused sleep apnea. Surgery was his answer. Sometimes folks are allergic to stuff and their sinuses clogged up at night. Could be any number of things that they are sensitive to. Your boyfriend should probably have his doctor check out the above. Sleep apnea can be fatal if it is bad enough. This is at the extreme end, but it happens.

Thankfully, I've never had this problem. A friend of mine had a boyfriend who snored, and she made him try Breathe Right Strips. She swore by them.

get him to roll over.. or stop smoking.. drinking.

or take him to the doctor and see what can be done.. little ulcers on the throat or a form of fibroids can cause snoring to happen...

snoring is no joke.. make sure he doesn't suffer sleep apnea either....

get that snoring checked into also... snoring is a problem.. stemming from a bad habit to a medical problem.

People who snore may have sleep apnea. That means they may stop breathing for short periods of times, then they catch themselves and start snoring. He should have this checked out with a doctor who will probably order a sleep study to determine if apnea is indeed the cause. If it is, there are treatments for this. good luck.

ps. People who snore are not getting good REM sleep that is required for good rest.

He would first need to be checked out by a doctor. Depending on insurance, a permanent solution is often a cheaper solution. These often include surgery on the nose to open passages. One other big solution is to remove the tonsils. The second choice is often overlooked for fear of infection, but if performed in good health it often leads to good results. GL&GB

Buy him those things that open up his nasal passages. He will stop snoring and will be able to breath better. The football players wear them.

Snore sprays are available at most supermarkets and pharmacies. They work for me and are all natural.

Tell him for every night that he doesn't keep you awake, he gets a beej. It worked on me.
