start with getting your blood pressure checked.
then work from there... some yoga will help big time.... but making sure you don't have something wrong with your backside... have that looked into also.

Do you stretch in the mornings? Maybe start doing some yoga or Pilate's for 20 mins in am and pm.
Drink plenty of water.

You always have 5 minutes to stretch...do some arm circles, stretch your arms back, take some deep breaths, relax, GENTLY move your head from side to side 'til it almost touches your shoulders. And, have a cookie! No, really.

try to take things easy and put them in perspective.
you might wanna look for quick easy stretches that dont take much time nor space.

it could be tension head aches or migraines
Go to your doctor he might have a recomendation to loosen up, such as excercises and breathing techniques.
