I was thinking of purchasing this to get rid of post pregnancy fat & flab.Does it really work and is it an excercise easy to stick with?What are the pros & cons of this product.Any reccommendations for other products?

Most Abdominal machines do work however, just like performing crunches, situps, leg lifts etc these only strengthen the underlying ab muscles they do not burn fat.
Strong abs are beneficial to anyone but if you want to lose post pregnancy fat and flab you have to do aerobic/cardiovascular exercise.
I would suggest investing in a good aerobics class or if you prefer to work out in the comfort of your home, a good exercise tape or DVD.....look around until you find one that you like.
Monitor your diet as well....stay away from fatty foods and refined white foods like white rice, white flour, white sugar etc.
limit deli meats and eat the breast meat of turkey and chicken (if you do eat meat) as well as dairy product.
Eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of water.
But start exercising and try to make it a part of your lifestyle....incorporate at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise into your day and you will not only see your belly fat melt away but you will get more toned overall.

I have learned that anything you buy for your abs can be gotten for free. All you need is a chair to put your legs on. Your ab-lounge will become a coat rack in time, in my opinion.

If you buy one use it like they say every other day my wife and i have one and we like it i have lost 2 inches off my middle and my wife has lost 3 on hers it works for us and it is not that hard
