I don't think there can be a definite answer to this question. Because a language is a continuum, certain people did not start speaking all of a sudden. Ancestors of mankind were trying to communicate using sounds as soon as they were capable of making sounds. Look at the animals, most of them use sounds to communicate. So the first human language was something similar to theirs and evolved in millions of years in different directions.

The Sumerian language - the people of Sumeria who used to be in what is today modern Iraq or what's left of it *sigh*. I hope things get better so you can listen to the first language yourself.
