I love my boyfriend of 4 years very much but it seems like he picks and chooses when to be sweet and loving its not that he is rude but I just want him to be head over hills for me 24 7 how can i accomplish this

Just ride it out and let him realize what needs to be done don't push him or rush him. Men take a while to understand just do your part and wait and see what happens.
