i am a 21 year old female who is a little overweight and my job is to lift 40 pounds constantly for about 5 hours at a time. now my arms are getting big and bulky from me building muscle and i hate it because i'm starting to get bigger muscles than the guys i know. is there any way to get rid of this because some of it is muscle and some of it is fat.
