Hey all... Been in a slump for a little over a month. When I'm not screaming and swearing, I break out crying for no reason, and when I'm not balling-- I'm on edge like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. No I am not pregnant or menstral. I am getting really tired of being like this. But I don't want to see a therapist if I don't have to and I don't want to just take drugs to make it go away if it's something deeper. I've never had a "depression" issue or any mental health issues . So basically I wouldn't know how to label it if I had to.

You should see someone. It could be something as simple as blood sugar or could be manic/depressive states. Just because you have "never had" issues doesn't mean they cannot come up at any time.

How often do you go out walking, or go to a gym? Go get your exercise, and do that like an hour or so before you head for bed.
Some people like to exercise early in the morning, it depends on you. But, exercise will help you feel better. Might try writing a journal, too, it can help you figure out if something's bothering you etc...put thoughts on paper etc.
