Since yesterday at school i was at my Weight Training class to lift weights. So far yesterday i did the exercise where i had to lift those big round weights although i do not know what these are called?? i am sorry i tryed asking anybody they said no they did not know.

I am trying to be as strong as Sylvester Stallone how else can i get any stronger or is it my eating habbits?

I do not understand it
Please help!

It may have been a medicine ball you were lifting.
Keep going and eat protein (fish meat chicken eggs)
And veg
And if in doubt, get on the roids like Sly does!

You don't want to increase body fat. If you keep working with the weights you will build muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. Go to a place like GNC (General Nutrition Centers) and ask them about supplements that you can take to increase muscle along with working out.

big round weights?
plates
medicine ball
core ball

Continue with the weight training- it will add weight to your frame
Increase reps and weights as you get accustomed to it
alternate exercise areas and days
