I broke my leg this past June and haven't been able to work .This left me homeless and i am currently sleeping on my parents couch . I have no car , no job and no hope . What would you do first ? I do get some help from Social Services but it's not enough for me to even get a room somewhere .My parents can't keep me here forever and i am looking for a job .Where do i turn ? Should i end it all ? Thats what i wanna do. HELP!I am divorced with two grown kids that can't help me at all.

NO!!! Don't end it all! I've been in a crazy situation sort of like yours and I was able to bounce back. LIfe always gives you those ups and downs but in the end it'll be all fine. Just find a job and things will pick up. Things will get better.

First....I would start by looking for a job. I'm sure your parents will be able ot help you until then. Once you get a job, save a little bit of money, and everything should fall into place. Don't end it, that would be taking the easy way out. think about it, it could have been a lot worse, and you could have had no place to go, so be grateful that ur parents took u in, and stop thinking negatively. Start using that negative energy in a postive way, like looking for a job. If you cannot find a job right now, there are a lot of community programs that will help you. you just have to do a little research....trust me....everything will be ok if u just have a little faith in yourself.

Why not go and ask social services if they can find you a place to live so atleast you don't have to worry about going to a shelter or anything. Maybe you will just get a job quickly and things will be fine.

You should definitely not end it all because you would miss a lot of things that will happen in the future. Everyone goes through bad times but we just need to be patient and hang in there.
