It could be nothing or it could be pyometra which is deadly. See the vet.

If it is clear or milky color it is normal, any other color there is a big problem, My dog had milky discharge a month after she was bred, it lasted her whole pregnancy, and everything went well. The vet said if it is yellow, or red and smells she can have an infection or be loosing the pups and can die.

It very much sounds like she is pregnant. If the discharge is in large amounts, she might be throwing her mucus plug (miscarriage). You should take her to a vet anyway to make sure that you are doing all that is needed to keep her healthy.

This could be a sign of infection, miscarriage or irritation. Take dog to vet... And yes dogs can spontaneously abort a pup !!!

I wouldn't worry.

Dogs don't miscarry, they reabsorb pups sometimes, but what you are seeing is normal mucus that is created to lubricate the birh canal.
You should start seeing more in a few weeks, especially a week before whelping.

Please take her to a vet. It could be pregnancy, but it could also be an infection or other health problem that needs to be taken care of.
