First of all, are you absolutely sure she is 100% American Pit Bull Terrier? APBT's, in general, do not get that large, especially females, and especially to only be 11 months old.
Any female APBT that young and that large brings up a huge red flag. Maybe it's possible that she has mastiff 3 or 4 generations back. Many breeders will mix an APBT with a larger mastiff-type dog and pass the puppies of as full-blooded APBT.

I've seen a few males that large, but never an 11 month old female.

Anyway, I'd say that she'll probably top out around 80-85 lbs.

Pit bulls very so much in size and weight, that it will be difficult to tell.

She has probably done her growing height wise, but may fill out more in the next year.

Please get her spayed! You can get an affordable spay certifite through http://www.friendsofanimals.org

Please please don't breed her! Spaying will keep her healthier, curb aggression, help make training easier, help her live longer, make her less likely to bite and will save thousands of lives!!!

Its hard to say without knowing her genetics, buts I would say she will probably stay about that size. I had a female pitbull who was about that weight and didn't get much bigger. You may notice her body structure change, like she may get more muscular, but i wouldn't expect her to get much taller or longer.

Her bones are probably as big as theyre going to get. She might add another 20 lbs in muscle mass though.
