AirTransat has good charters. We also flew a Zoom charter that was horrible, but it got us there very cheap ($600 Cdn)
Another site that is helpful is www.selloffairfares.com
I have always found the cheapest prices there.

Where are you departing from? I fly from the US (Northeast) so I use Continental.com, orbitz.com, aa.com and I found the new site but I haven't tried it out yet - www.farecompare.com - apparently they list the fares even before the airlines have a chance to put them on their site!
