I have been single for about 2 years now and I really want to be in a relationship. Unfortunately I haven't met anyone special. In the mean time I keep beating myself over not having a man. I know their's more to life then having a boyfriend. But right now I can't think of any. I think I need some singleness uplifting.

I've had the "singles blues" before. Yeah, there is more to life than having a boyfriend but if you have a GOOD bf then he literally does bring "more to life" (get my drift, here?) It takes time to find that right one. Don't rush anything. I've learned that "the one" comes at the most unexpected times. Meanwhile though, try getting to know yourself better and know exactly what kind of person you want to be when that right guy comes along. Girl, savor being single until he comes. Nothing at all wrong with it!!

I love living alone! I can do anything I want without consulting anyone else and if I make a mess, well, then, it's my mess. I'm not picking up after someone else.

you probably have some money in the bank, and a working car that is at YOUR disposal. You can leave the dishes in a stack, walk around in your undies, and watch whatever you want on TV.

well you can flirt all you want without someone getting mad and upset. you don't always have to be with that someone or have to call them or be smothered. you can go out to partys and not worry about doing something wrong. ITs FUN Being SINGLE!
