Wear Panty Shields, carry wet wipes with you for those not-so-fresh moments and change the panty shields when you need to.
Also keep yourself well groomed, pubic hair tends to trap sweat easily. Also pay attention to every nook and cranny (talking about folds) when showering. If after doing all this you still don't feel comfortable, try examining your diet.
Good luck.

DO NOT USE A DOUCHE!!! These can cause bacteria to be pushed further up into the uterus causing infections that can cause you to become infertile. Every OB/GYN that I have been to over the years has told me that they wish they would be pulled from the market. They told me to just wash with an anti-bacterial soap. Liquid Dial bath washes work great.

I use Summer's Eve feminine wash everytime I shower. I highly recommend it. Also, I use Vagisil foaming cleanser. It comes in a small pump tube that fit's in the smallest purse. You just put it on toilet paper and use it that way. Good for when you're away from home.
