try citi financial. They are all around the world, but u'll pay high interest on it.

The answer will totally depend on WHY you have bad credit. If your bad score is because you're currently up to your eyes in debt and credit card payments, you may get turned down for a loan because you don't have enough to meet their payback requirements and they feel another payment may be too much.

If you're bad score is because you've paid off all/most of your past debt but you score hasn't recovered yet, you could find a bank to grant you a loan but you're rates would stink because of your score. They would be more willing to grant the loan (even with a bad score) because your credit report would show you currently have little or no debt.

It depends on how bad your credit is and how much of a loan you want and why you need the loan. If you do get approved somewhere you will probably have to pay a very high APR.

Well you can try applying for an secured credit card or loan, try bankrate.com but remember interest rate is going to be a little higher, but its a grat start to rebuild your credit. trust me

You have to clean up your credit or have something of value for them to take away from you when you don't pay up.
