As the other guy commented, marketting is the toughest part. For the piano lessons, you can list yourself on a site called www.clickforlessons.com in order to find students. Craigslist is also a good and cheap way of attracting customers. They have a services section where you can add all of these areas that you wish to instruct in.

you have to get clients. that is the hard part.
how will you let people know of your services
and convince them to hire you.
marketing will be your first problem.
i would go through friends and family to try to get clients.
