Go to a good jeweller(an independant jewellers, not a chain)-the best ones are those little tucked away shops on the highstreet. If they don't have one in store, they will either have one ordered in, or you can design it and hav it made(this is not as expensive as it sounds). E-mail me if you live in london- I know loads.
