It certainly can if you drink too much of it, but in moderation it should be fine. Maybe try going to a lower milk fat milk or even to skim if you aren't already using that, and cut down the quantity some.

As a female you really need the calcium. Drink skim milk. Three or four 8-oz. glasses a day is plenty. You should look at what else you are consuming and see if something else can be cut back or eliminated to control your weight.
Are you less active than you were? This could be a cause as well. It never hurts to up your activity level a bit, especially in a fun way.

Perhaps -- depends on what kind of milk you drink. I personally think milk is GREAT for you as long as you aren't intolerant of it (a lot of people disagree). Drink milk to your heart's content, and if you'd like to curb the slight weight gain, go for a 30-minute power walk 3 times a week. That's my advice!

recent studies have shown, drinking 3 glasses of skim milk a day can help loose weight. so switch to skim milk. our bodies need the calcium, vitamin A & D.

Yes! Milk is reccomended for people who want to gain weight! Skim will reduce this effect, but it is still much more caloric than water.

if u drink whole milk it has fat in it, but if u drnink low fat or skim milk ull skill get the vitamins and nutrients but not the fat out of it, so switch to skim ilk its much better for u!
