The same damn reason it'd be illegal for me to just come into your home without being invited. (Especially if I insisted that you had to let me stay there just because I might have washed the dishes and cut the grass...and insisted that you had to feed me and pay my medical bills and pay for my kids education...and by the way...do it all in Spanish.)

This is the product of our public education system. The Europeans did not steal the Native American's land. At least not most of them, there are some exceptions, like the Spanish and Portugese conquering most of South and Central America. Most of the settlers of North America lived peacefully beside the Native Americans for many years. Conflicts did eventually occur, but to say the Europeans came over and stole their land is a gross misrepresentation of history.
Furthermore, it is illegal to cross the border without a visa or passport because there is a law against it (the definition of illegal). If you want to debate whether the law is fair or just or appropriate is another thing altogether.

When anyone would just go to live in the country they request ,the world would be a mess up.
I moved to the US to live with my husband who is a citizen, but we had to go to a year long process. Although that's hard I think it's fair, as I am not a born citizen of the US. To live here I need to want to adapt to the culture here and speak the language to have a decent live here and submit myself to the society, in getting a job, a green card en social security number and pay taxes, like anyone else should who lives here and wants to benefit from all the profits too.
That what expected of people when the moved to my home country as well.
If you choose to live somewhere else you have to adapt to the ways of the new home country.

Well our country is strict on immigration laws especially with terrorist planning to attack us again. To me it is illegal to come to the US without any passport, greencard, or something of that nature. Every immigrant, even Europeans have to have some kind of documentation stating that they are from a foriegn country and is either visiting or doing business.

That is the most overused excuse to justify illegal immigration, and quite frankly, I'm sick of hearing it over and over again. Not everything in the history books that you choose to use as an argument is factual.
Let me put it to you this way, if a crime was committed against you, wouldn't you want to know who is responsible for committing the crime? If people keep coming here illegally, there is no way to track them down if they do committ crimes.

My ancestors didnt have eco-friendly playing cards because of the fact they DIDNT exist. they did no longer could. human beings farmed and maintained land rather of reckoning on gov handouts! unlawful immigration is likely one in each and every of the substantial contributing aspects in our 2 trill+ deficit.you decide directly to head? you do it legally. this would be a distinctive time than earlier the place the organic materials here sustained and supported all existence. Now there is too plenty existence and not sufficient materials.. oh and in case you dont like illegals, youre racist in case you dont think of its impressive to could take a drug try, your on drugs and in case you dont like the way your government is..your an anarchist and unpatriotic.

THE NATIVE AMERICANS TRIED AND SUCCEEDED IN KILLING SOME OF THOSE EUROPEANS DO YOU SUGGEST THAT WE START DOING THE SAME. ROOTING OUT ALL THE ILLEGALS AND KILLING THEM ? DIFFERENT TIME. IT'S NOT THE EUROPEANS FAULT THAT THE INDIANS COULD NOT HOLD OFF THE SETTLERS. THIS COUNTRY WAS NOT OWNED BY ANY 1 TRIBE IT WAS COUNTLESS TRIBES THAT HELD PARCELS OF LAND SCATTERED THROUGH OUT THE USA. BLAME PROGRESS. TODAY WE HAVE BORDERS AND WRITTEN LAWS THAT ARE TO BE RESPECTED. WE HAVE RULES TO ENTER OUR HOMELAND. ADHERE TO THE RULES OR GET KICKED OUT. AT LEAST WE DON'T KILL THEM LIKE THE INDIANS DID.

no, not at all! When a legal immigrant first crosses they must wait several weeks for a greencard, also a tourist visa does not give you a "greencard" but a stamp in their passport showing their visa.
