Could be cellulitis (nothing to do with fat). This is an infection of the tissues. The only problem is that blood tests you say you have had would show this up. You haven't described your symptoms fully. Could be anything - for instance deep vein thrombosis, arthritis, phlebitis, varicose veins. Go back to your Doctor and KEEP going until a solution is found. No-one should suffer so much pain. In the meantime, try to eat a balanced decent diet. Get any extra weight off and lie down with your legs raised for at least half an hour each day. It is not advisible to massage your legs until you have asked your Doctor if it's okay to do so. If you have a job where you have to stand most of the day - pack it in!

I've had leg pains since I was young elementary age. Finally when I was after high school I realized that Muscle Relaxor's Helped with Dr. Super vision. So maybe ask your Dr. About a Muscle Relaxor.
Out of all the Dr.'s that i've seen over the 15+ year's about my leg pains none of them have had the answer's.
Accept when I was 24 yrs old I found out I had Velo Cardio Facial Syndrome
that Some of my Dr.'s think that the leg pain is from that. But they don't know for sure. But They say that because they don't know the real reason.

Have you ruled out the obvious like are you doing anything that you dont usually do like exercise or lots of squatting or bending?
Or are you maybe sitting on a couch at night watching t.v in a folded up position?
Any of the above could cause some leg pain.
If not keep on at your doctor for an answer.

Have you recently had a vaccination? Some vaccinations such as the Polio/Diptheria jab can give side effects of almost like arthritis in the legs. I experienced that and doctors couldn't find anything to explain it. It wasn't until a family friend doctor suggested it that everything fell into place.

Try taking vitamin C pills to increase your circulation. Stretching excercises help as well. If you're still in intense pain, you should go to the emergency room. I'll pray for you. Get well soon!

it could be shin splint(i think of it particularly is the way you spell it)b/c I even have encountered a similar factor working music whilst warming up and in specific circumstances strolling around the homestead, element your feet up and merely walk on your heels....this would stretch the muscle mass around your shins and after some weeks that soreness could bypass away

Are you getting enough calcium? I take calcium with magnesium once a day, also I take a multi vitamin (one a day for women) and my legs don't hurt anymore.
