I play the sax, and I wanted to know where one can practice in NYC other than outside. For those who answer, can you also provide prices?

Practice in your apartment or house, you have the right to do that.

I don't know if this will help you, but, call 3rd Street Music and ask them if they have a Practice Room you can rent. I don't know if they have practice rooms. If not, they may be able to tell you where to go.

I have no idea if they rent or have Practice Rooms . . .
