It depends on the location you put the panel, for example at sea level on desertic zones near Equator, the energy given by the sun averages 1000 w/m^2.

all of those factors plus weather conditions if the sky is overcast it will make a difference.

I had a coffeepot I rigged up with a solar panel that would trip a relay to turn the coffee pot on that would wake me up. Well it didn't always work as designed because of overcast skies and such. So I just had to get one with a programmable timer. How boring.

No you may not get means from photograph voltaic panels at night. sure you may save the means in batteries. yet understand which you would be able to have sufficient photograph voltaic panels to run your load and the burden of the batteries.
