It could be done but much will be water loss. Don't put your body through that. You'll appreciate this in years to come. Remember, you are a great person despite those 6lbs.

I am not going to recommend a specific routine, because it is not the healthiest thing to do. If your body burns about 2000 calories per day, and you consume far less than that for the 9 days, you are already in the negative. Do your cardio twice per day to burn the extra calories. Drink low calorie protein shakes to keep some protein getting to your muscles so you don't lose much muscle mass. Take a good multivitamin every day, and consider taking a fiber supplement. Do some research and there is actually a good diet out there that is geared towards men who lift, it's called the velocity diet. I would suggest something along those lines because a lot of guys lose weight that fast, it's just the liquid diet gets to some people and they quit.

It is unhealthy but possible. But consider you need to burn around 3,500 calories to lose ONE POUND of fat. Lots and lots of exercise and calorie cutting.

you can. depending on how much you weigh to begin with and what your lifestyle is like before you diet, it's doable and maybe not so unhealthy.
