It would have to be willpower, but I haven't found anyone who could not be ticklish

I've known people that aren't ticklish anymore. They say it was because they were tickled a lot when they were little and have learned how to control it.

yes, just think about "why does it make me ticklish?" i think the notion that you'd be ticklish gives you such feeling
