midol is especially for menstrual cramps, but Tylenol works too. chocolate also helps out. when the cramps get really bad, fill up a plastic soda bottle (20 oz) with hot water and drop it into a wool sock, lay on your back with the bottle on your lower abdomen and when you feel a really bad cramp, press the bottle slightly harder on your tummy.

Ibrofen. I read somewhere that if you fill a crew sock half way with rice, tie up the top, and then nuke it for a minute or two, you could keep it on your lap without too many people noticing. The heat will help alleviate the cramps.

beer, painkillers and moaning, plenty of it. If anyone other than a woman asks you what your moaning about expain that premenstural pain is similar to god trying to suck all your insides out with a vacum cleaner from down below and they may be sypathetic. If not use your womans PMT and tell them where to go!

The only thing that ever worked for me was something called "Anaprox". I got it from my OB/GYN. You may have to call your physician to see if you can get some of that. Good luck!!
