Are muslims "completed christians"?

If you find this concept ridiculous, repulsive and offensive, then just think how jews feel when we're told that christians are "completed jews".

besides, its not like we don't have good reason for thinking jesus was a charlatan.

Well they don't believe that Christ is God and therefore that blows the theory that the muslim is the completed Christian as Christian measns Christ-like or little Christ. As for the Jews thinking that Jesus was a Charlatan. Well, many of the Jews that saw His actual miracles didn't believe in Him either and were lost for all eternity. Read your holy texts and then compare it to the historical life of Jesus, like the writings of Flavious Josephus and other elder scholars/historians. You will see that Jesus had to be the Lamb that was slain and THEN He will come back and set up His reign. The prophet Isaiah was the one who hit the nail on the head, and oh so did David and Micah and Moses.
Do me a favor. in Genesis 5 Look up the geneoloy of Adam and translate the names of those presented. And it's the gospel message! Not something that a Christian made up but something that God put in there prophecying the Messiah. I'm sorry you are bitter about saved gentiles being able to come before the throne of the Father, but you could have that same relationship too, if you will only ask God to remove the scales from your eyes like he did for many other messianic Jews.
Hope this answers your question, I am glad that you are seeking answers.
ciao

No, muslims believe differently than Christians do, and I've never heard the expression that Christians were completed jews.

Muslims are not completed Christians, they are not Christians at all. What they are is people who have been fooled by Satan into following just another of his FALSE RELIGIONS.
Christians do not claim to be "completed Jews" that would be Messianic Jews.

Majority doesnt believe or diregards 5:3 "................Today I have perfected your Deen for you, and completed My blessings upon you, and I have accepted submission as the system for you. So, whoever is forced by severe hunger and not seeking sin, then God is Forgiving, Merciful." bukhary perhaps completed the deen by giving every kind of religious practice, by giving Rajm,by explaining salat,% age of zakat,by giving new shahadah,by explaining hujj, so on and so forth. but Allah Allmighty says ,the Deen has been Perfected !! Allah's words against bukhary ,what will you choose !! majority picks bukhary's words

I wish I had thought of that. I've heard far too many Christians refer to Jews-converted-to-Christians as "completed Jews"...a stunningly arrogant description in my opinion. Judaism is a complete religion unto itself, and Christians are an offshoot of it. One might as well describe Mormons as "completed Christians" too.

The difference is that the Old Testament points to a future Messiah, but the New Testament claims that He has arrived. Unless Mohammed wishes to claim to BE Messiah Returned, he has no basis in previous scriptures for his beliefs.

I'm not sure who does the telling of this, but in all my years, I've never heard "christians" utter such a thing.

I'm Catholic, and terminology of this sort plays no role in our religious language. Our language for the Jews is to call them our "elder brothers in faith," and ourselves we refer to as either "Christians" or "Catholics." I've never heard a Hebraicized term applied to ourselves in all my years.

Every Good Friday, in fact, we pray for the Jews, asking God, "Let us pray for God's ancient people, the Jews, the first to hear his word," and then asking him to grant the Jews the grace to be faithful to their covenant.

The replacement theology noted above was abandoned forty years ago at Vatican II, in the wake of World War II and the Shoah. The Catholic church no longer tries to claim that it has "superceded" Israel, as it has become aware of how deeply harmful such a claim is.

If Jews would actually study the Old Testament, they would see that Jesus (yshwh) is not a charlatan, but is the messiah. None of the Peophets of the OT went to heaven because of the law, they were saved by grace through faith, not by adherence to the laws.
